This Privacy Policy explains how KyperX Pty Limited (“KyperX”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, holds, uses and discloses personal information through capital.kyperx.com. KyperX Capital is a registered business name of KyperX Pty Limited (ABN 59 619 985 036). We are committed to handling personal information consistently with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles where they apply.

This policy applies to personal information handled through capital.kyperx.com and in the course of KyperX Capital’s investor communications. It supplements the KyperX Pty Limited privacy policy published at kyperx.com/privacy, and applies to the collections it describes.

• professional details, such as your organisation and role, and your country of residence;
• the investor type you select, and the details of your mandate or interest that you choose to provide;
• your confirmation that you are, or represent, a wholesale or professional investor;
• how you heard about us, and, sent with an enquiry, how you reached the enquiry form: the first page you visited, the referring website, any campaign tags in the link you followed, and the page on which you chose to contact us;
• records of our correspondence and dealings with you; and
• technical information generated when you use the website, such as your IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, referring page, and the date and time of a request.

Please do not provide sensitive information, or detailed information about your financial affairs, through the website. If we need information to assess whether you are a wholesale or professional investor, we will ask for it separately.

3. How we collect and hold information

We generally collect personal information directly from you when you send an enquiry, email us, meet with us, or otherwise communicate with us. Our website hosting provider automatically creates limited technical logs for security, diagnostics and service reliability. Information may be held in our form-processing, email and business record systems.

You may deal with us anonymously or by using a pseudonym where lawful and practicable. However, if you do not provide sufficient contact information, we may be unable to respond to you.

4. Why we collect, hold and use information

At the date of this policy, capital.kyperx.com does not use advertising cookies, advertising networks or behavioural analytics. Our hosting and security providers may process technical request data that is strictly necessary to deliver, protect and maintain their services.

We use cookieless website analytics, provided by our hosting provider, to understand in aggregate how the website is used. It records the page visited, the referring page, and the approximate location (country), browser, operating system and device type of a visit. It does not use cookies, is not used to identify you, and does not track you across other websites. It may also count, in aggregate, when a contact link is used or an enquiry is started or sent; nothing you type into the enquiry form is sent to analytics.

8. Updates about KyperX Capital
